OnlyMums and OnlyDads are looking for nominations to celebrate the achievements of single parents across the UK.

Do you know any mum or dad who has coped through the most difficult times and come out the other side?

If you do, drop us a line and tell us about them - not only might they win a fantastic holiday but their stories will inspire other single parents.

The winner will be picked on the 31^st of March 2010 by our Panel of Experts.

All stories received will automatically be considered for this prize and will be posted on to this page.

Below are a few guidelines to help you!

• If you can, give your nomination a title
• Tell us about the person you are nominating
• Tell us about why you think this person should win a holiday?
• How could this person inspire other single parents?
• Send us a photo of the parent in question
